How many stops can a route have?
One-off multi-stop runs can have up to 60 stops at one price. Recurring routes are agreed with dispatch.
How do recurring routes get priced?
Send the stops, weekdays and window. Dispatch confirms price and coverage before the first run.
What if one stop cancels?
Cancel just that stop. Only that stop changes; the driver sees the update and the rest of the route runs.
What proof of delivery do I get?
Every delivery records a photo, the recipient's name and a timestamp. You can also require a signature or a receiver PIN. Proof stays in your account and can be shared.
What areas do you cover?
The Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line: Kansas City MO and KS, North Kansas City, Overland Park, Lenexa, Mission and Johnson and Jackson counties. Dispatch confirms coverage on every request.
