BUSINESS ACCOUNTS & CONTRACTED ROUTES
Route A2B runs scheduled routes, backup coverage and same-day business delivery across Kansas City. Send your stops and your schedule and you'll get coverage, price and a start date in writing, normally within one business day.
BEFORE YOU HAND OVER A ROUTE
Nobody moves a route because a website sounded confident.
These are the answers that decide it.
We answer per route, not in general. Send the stops, days and windows and dispatch confirms in writing whether we can hold that schedule. If we can't, we say so instead of booking it and hoping.
One dispatch number, answered by someone who can move a driver. You get told about a delay before you have to ask about it, and we tell you what we're doing about it.
Every driver carries proof of auto insurance, a passed background check and a clean motor vehicle record on file before their first job, and medical, pharmacy and specimen work only goes to drivers additionally approved for it. Shipment eligibility is confirmed in writing before your first run. Ask during qualification and we'll send the driver vetting standard and the insurance documentation that applies to your shipment type. We don't claim coverage we can't document.
A card on file charged after each completed delivery, or consolidated invoicing on approved terms once there's a signed agreement. Route pricing is agreed up front, in writing, before the first run.
Most route conversations get a price and a coverage answer within one business day. Signed terms and a card on file the same week, first run on the next scheduled day you want it.
Photo, recipient name and timestamp on every delivery, with a signature or receiver PIN when the shipment calls for it. Your receiver can hold the live tracking link so your office stops fielding status calls.
ONE ACCOUNT. THREE WAYS TO USE IT.
Same drivers, same dispatch, same proof.
One agreement covers all three.
The same stops, the same days, run without you managing it.
Keep your courier or your own drivers. We cover the days they can't.
The deliveries that can't wait for tomorrow's run.
Need a single delivery right now instead? Book it and see the price first.
MEDICAL, PHARMACY & LAB ROUTES
A medical buyer needs the second list as much as the first.
Eligibility is confirmed in writing before a first run.
Sealed, labeled pharmacy orders to a business or patient address
Medical and dental supplies between warehouses, clinics and care sites
Dental lab cases and impressions between the lab and its practices
Lab and blood specimens, with drivers specifically approved for specimen handling
Inter-facility transfers of equipment, records and supplies
Controlled substances requiring a licensed chain of custody we don't hold
Shipments requiring validated, documented temperature control
Hazardous materials requiring placarding or specialized endorsement
Organs or tissue for transplant
Keep patient details out of delivery notes. Specimen work goes only to drivers approved for specimen handling, and we'll tell you which qualifications your route requires before it starts.
FROM YOUR DETAILS TO YOUR FIRST RUN
You should know the price and the start date
before you have to involve anyone else.
Stops, days, windows and what's moving. The form below or a phone call, whichever is faster for you.
Dispatch checks coverage against the schedule you need, then sends price, timing and anything we'd need from you. Normally one business day.
Service terms signed, card on file or invoicing terms agreed. Nothing moves before both sides have it in writing.
We run it, you get proof on every stop, and we sit down after two weeks to fix anything the schedule got wrong.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
You don't need all of it. Each line you add is one fewer email before you have a number.
Moving something today?
Don't use the form. Call dispatch and we'll take it over the phone.
(816) 764-0981ACCOUNT QUESTIONS
Still something missing? Call dispatch.
You'll get a person, not a queue.
No. Send your details through this page or call dispatch and you'll get a price without creating anything. The account comes later, when you decide to book, so your deliveries, proof and invoices live in one place.
Before a first job, every A2B driver submits proof of auto insurance, clears a background check and shows a clean motor vehicle record, and we verify their identity, license and vehicle. Medical, pharmacy and specimen routes go only to drivers approved for that shipment class. On a standing route you deal with the same small set of drivers, not a different stranger every week, and we'll tell you which qualifications your route requires before it starts.
There's no minimum spend and no monthly fee. Backup coverage can sit unused until the day you need it. Scheduled routes are priced per run on agreed terms.
We'll quote from your stops, days and windows, and we'll tell you what's an estimate versus what's firm. If a route depends on something we need to drive first, we say that instead of guessing at a number you'd hold us to.
You hear it from us, early, with what we can do instead. Backup coverage and scheduled routes both come with the plain commitment that we would rather decline a run than silently miss it.
Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line today, including Kansas City, MO, Kansas City, KS, Johnson County, Jackson County, Overland Park, Lenexa. Longer runs out of the metro are quoted case by case.
That's usually the best way to do it. Run one real delivery, look at the proof and the timing, then decide about the schedule.
